What a fun idea!  This family embroidered each napkin with a family member's name.  Instant placecards!  This is also a great "green" tip...it saves on paper napkins which most families use for everyday meals.  And, no need to launder every time you use them since you are guaranteed to use the same napkin at each meal.  Notice we even monogrammed a napkin with "guest"...just in case!
